Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
USPS
UPS
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
CANADA
While the majority of packages shipped internationally arrive in a rather timely manner, we do experience the occasional package that is held for an extended period of time by customs prior to being delivered to the customer. Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks for your item to be delivered even with Priority Shipping.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
How To Return An Item
At Punkin Butt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your item, we offer a 30-day return policy for most products. Returns must be in unused, original condition and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us using the form on this page and we’ll guide you through the process.
Exceptions:
- Personal Care Items: For the safety and hygiene of our customers, personal care items such as lotions, creams, and other similar products cannot be returned once opened.
- Custom or Personalized Items: These are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Once your return is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding any shipping fees.

Include a signed letter stating the reason for your return along with the order number.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
